This script works because it:
Opens the door without pressure – it’s an option, not a hard pitch.
Creates curiosity – most sellers will lean in and ask for more.
Try dropping this into your next seller conversation or even weaving it into your marketing. You’ll be surprised at how many homeowners lean in!

Inventory Still Favors Sellers
Even with interest rates higher, inventory is still well below pre-pandemic levels. That creates opportunity.
Homes that are marketed properly are still drawing multiple offers.
Sellers often don’t realize how much leverage they have.
Use this as a client conversation starter:
